Cheese Enchilada

Monterrey jack cheese wrapped in two flour tortillas and Topped with our guajillo pepper sauce. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, sour cream, and diced tomatoes.

Steak Fajita

Marinated steak fajita served hot over a bed of onions and topped with a slice of tomato and green pepper. Served with three flour tortillas, Mexican rice, frijoles (beans) a la charra, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole.

Pollo Saltato

Chicken sautéed with red onions, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes, green peppers, and cilantro in an amazing Peruvian-style sauce. Plantains adorn this delightful dish. Served with white rice and black beans.
