The "Bright Red Ramen" has a striking impact with its bright red stamina ramen. Surprisingly not very spicy, the rich soup blends well with the noodles and becomes addicting. Garlic can be added as well. The menma has a Japanese flavor and is delicious, and the thinly sliced chashu is tender and exquisite. Even the non-red ramen is delicious as well. Thank you for the meal.
A popular local restaurant that always has a line forming before it even opens. You purchase your meal ticket from the vending machine and find a seat. I ordered the "Spicy Stamina" dish, which is generously seasoned with high-quality Korean chili peppers. The spiciness is just right, and the flavor explosion is amazing. It's a delicious taste that will keep you coming back for more. The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. It's no wonder this place is so popular. ๑╹╹๑ ノ
Located in the former Kamomachi area of Kizugawa City, Kyoto Prefecture, this ramen shop's main store is in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. When talking about this place, the classic dish is the bright red "Tono soba" which is now labeled as "Stamina". This time, instead of the red ramen that I have tried at the main store several times, I decided to try the "original flavor soba" and the fried rice. To cut to the chase, the bright red Stamina ramen is more delicious. However, the normal non-red ramen base is still delicious in its own right. I actually wanted to try the rich and thick ramen, but unfortunately the production of the soup couldn't keep up and it was already sold out by 12:30. What a shame! As for the fried rice, it is delicious. It is as flavorful as Shinpukusai Kan's fried rice and pairs well with the ramen soup. It would probably taste even better with Worcestershire sauce, but unfortunately the restaurant did not have any available. If I ever go back, I would definitely go earlier to try the rich and thick ramen. This restaurant is located at Tonosoba in Kamomachi, Kizugawa City, Kyoto Prefecture. They serve delicious ramen and fried rice, and there is parking available.
