Wù Dí - 袖ヶ浦市

I had business in Chiba and went for lunch time! There are a few parking spaces in front of the restaurant. The interior has only table seating, with a capacity of about 15 people, but the space is wide and comfortable! I had the White Garlic Ramen! It was very delicious! The aftertaste may be a little divisive. They also have a menu, but I thought the cute menu introduction written on the whiteboard was charming.

I visited the restaurant on a weekday morning. There was a parking lot in front of the restaurant. When I entered, the staff was busy cooking alone. They told me to wait at a free table. After finishing cooking, they came to take my order. I ordered the local specialty, White Gower Ramen. After a short wait, my order arrived. The presentation was very beautiful. Despite being busy alone, they did a fantastic job. When I tasted it, the miso-based soup was rich and paired surprisingly well with the milk. It was delicious. The buttery flavor added a unique touch that I couldn't find elsewhere. I quickly finished the soup and was satisfied with my meal. I handed the empty bowl to the designated spot and said, "Great job. I will come back to eat again."

I visited this restaurant for the first time based on Google reviews. I ordered the recommended White Miso Ramen. Unlike other restaurants, this ramen had a miso base. It had a topping of butter, which added a nice touch to the broth. The miso flavor was deep and satisfying. The chashu was thick and delicious. It seemed like there were no options for additional toppings, so I felt a bit limited in customizing my order with things like corn or extra butter. Nevertheless, the ramen was delicious and I would like to visit again.

夏に袖ヶ浦に越してきてから、いろいろな美味しいラーメン屋さんに伺いましたが私たちの中では1番！！美味しかったです ！！ ホワイトガウラーメンと霧笛味噌ラーメンをいただきました。どちらも味噌ベースで濃厚。色々なホワイトガウラーメン頂いてきましたが、割と味がさっぱりしていて少し自分には物足りないかなぁと思っていたので、こちらのスープは味もしっかりしていて、すごく美味しかったです o o 濃厚だけどバジルの爽やかな香りも混じってしつこすぎない…味噌ラーメンも海老の風味が効いていて美味しくて、二人で交換して味変しながらあっという間の完食でした。 味がしっかりしているラーメンだと、女子の私は途中で胃もたれがしてくるのですが全然そんなことなく、最後までぺろりでした。笑 今まで時間がうまく合わず、前を通ってはいきたいね〜いきたいね〜と話していたので、今日は来れてよかったです。 ラーメンにうるさい連れも、美味しい美味しいと感動していました笑 ちなみに餃子とチャーハンも美味しかったです！ 店員さんも、店主の方もとっても愛想が良くて素敵な方でした。 またきます！ご馳走様でした

袖ヶ浦でガウラーメンが食べられるお店。 ガウラーメン以外にも竹岡式ラーメンも食べれますがここのお店はガウラーメンも味噌系だと思われるし味噌系のラーメンが好印象です。 全体的に味は濃いめの傾向。 私好みです。 店員さんは感じが良く子連れでもイヤな顔はされません、男性しか居ないお店なのに嬉しいところです。 ただ小さい子用の椅子は一脚しかないのでタイミング悪いと座れませんw 写真はガウラーメン大盛りで、麺が２倍でかなりのボリュームです ´ `
