The sashimi was fresh and delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the appetizers. One half of the sashimi was served with pickles, while the other half came with miso and soy sauce. The bowl was well-balanced with vegetables, and there were cutlets hidden underneath the rice, making it a delightful experience until the very end. Everything was excellent. Additionally, the staff was bright and lively, which added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. This is definitely a place I would like to visit again!
On my way back from Cape Toi, I stopped at a restaurant called Bridon, which is known for its delicious rice bowls. I had a sashimi rice bowl, which was beautifully presented and tasted wonderful, with perfectly cooked rice at the bottom. The vibrant colors of the vegetables added to its appeal and flavor. For dessert, I tried a parfait made with local specialties from Miyazaki, and it was incredibly delicious as well. The staff and the owner were fantastic, making for an overall wonderful dining experience. Although the weather was bad during my visit to Cape Toi, my time at the restaurant was a highlight of the trip. I'll definitely be returning to Bridon and look forward to visiting Cape Toi again in the future! Overall, I left feeling very positive.
