View, Staff, Service, all if good there, they have an Italian restaurant in one side,Japanese restaurant in the other and a Big fancy lounge with artists singing in the middle. On date or with friends, you can definitely go anytime to enjoy this wonderful spot.

Great restaurant! Delicious food! Wonderful tranquil atmosphere! Fantastic service! And amazing view of Tokyo and specifically Tokyo Tower!

I don't have much memories of the food here as I went here 3 years ago but the view was excellent and the staff was very friendly. He was a nice Italian or French man who spoke in English.

A sky lounge with a stunning Tokyo tower view near Toranomon. Starting with 9 different small staters, your choice of pasta or pizza will follow and end the meal ends with another 9 small desert plate. The desert was a bit too much for me but ladies will definitely love it. In fact most of the guests were ladies when I had my lunch.

We had a choice of tempura-don (tempura on top of rice) or chirashi sushi, so I chose the chirashi. The serving size was decent but somewhat lacking in terms of the variety and quality of fish. It was a decent chirashi, but I was expecting more from a place like this. I won't be coming back here for the food, but the ambiance is okay.
