I had the hormone fried chicken lunch. There were about 7 pieces of hormone fried chicken with cabbage on the side, along with miso soup, rice, and a small plate of mountain vegetables. Just hearing the name "hormone fried chicken" made me feel like I would have a stomach ache, but when I tried it, it was delicious. The oil wasn't too much, and the coating was crispy and easy to eat. The rice was so good, it kept disappearing. The miso soup was light and tasty - it was a perfectly tuned lunch that was not too heavy.
On New Year's Day, my family, my wife's sister's family, and my mother-in-law went to this restaurant with a total of 9 people. It was our first time visiting, but it was as delicious as the reviews online had said. The special serving of Omi beef was particularly delicious, with great meat quality and a perfect match with the rice. The rice itself was also delicious, truly tasting like it came from a yakiniku restaurant. Plus, the prices were reasonable and the bill was fair. We will definitely be going back soon.
