The combination of noodles and broth was perfect, and I had a delicious soba after a long time. The tsutentsu (fish paste) was so delicious that I wanted to try it raw instead of fried as tempura.
I had a meal at Soba Kobo Harukaze in Chitose. I always order the Morisoba at soba restaurants, so I may not be able to express it well in photos or in taste. The restaurant is located in the entertainment district, and there is free parking about 50 meters away. As soon as I entered the store, the staff greeted me. I sat at the counter, and in front of me was a sign for the Soba Kobo with a kitchen where they make the soba. I ordered the Morisoba, and it came with a mini onigiri and steamed pumpkin, as shown in the photo. When I ate the soba, I found that the noodles had a very firm texture. The soba soup afterwards was very smooth. I couldn't help but take a picture. My companion ordered the duck soba, and I had a sip of the soup, which was very rich and flavorful. When we paid, we didn't take a photo, but we were given tempura to take home. If you read this post, definitely try taking home some tempura. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere.
I searched for nearby soba restaurants on Tabelog and found this place, so my partner and I decided to visit for the first time. I asked the staff, "Where is the parking lot?" and they replied, "It's in front of Yojo no Taki, it's free during the day." Let's see, let's see, what should we eat! The tsuke (soba dipping noodles) are delicious! But we don't need the tempura, so the specialty shrimp tempura... our taste buds couldn't appreciate the special touch. All the menu items seem to show a serious dedication, but as long as they're not pushy, it's all good. I want to revisit to try the gobou from Wada Farm in Obihiro. I had the tsuke soba with squid ink and the tempura soba with special shrimp, both in large portions. Thank you for the meal!
私は鴨せいろ、連れはツブ天そばを頂きました。 蕎麦のコシ、香りと甘さ、汁の出汁が感じられてとても美味しくいただきました。 ただ、もっと鴨が美味しかったら最高だったのに…少し残念。まあ、私の好みですけどね。 ツブ天は珍しいですね。一度ボイルしてあるのか、ツブの味があまり感じられませんでした。
お蕎麦が美味しい! しっかりとコシがあって! しかもリーズナブル! 天麩羅も美味しかったです 又、行きます!
