Contribuisci feedbackI made a reservation in advance and went for a drive to have lunch. The restaurant is very stylish and has a waiting area. The kitchen is glass-walled, giving it a cooking class-like feel. The 3800 yen pork loin course was delicious, with fresh and visually appealing vegetables. I would definitely like to go again if given the opportunity.
The vegetables, meat, and drinks are all delicious. It's a completely different level from the nearby Italian restaurant Valore, which serves tasteless vegetables. There are three course options, each with a different main meat dish. The prices are very affordable and reasonable at ¥3,800, ¥4,800, and ¥6,800. The quality of the food here is much higher compared to Valore, and the prices are significantly lower. I chose the "Biei pork rillettes" from the ¥3,800 course and it was excellent. The dish was likely cooked at a low temperature, smoked, and then seared, resulting in a wonderfully delicious flavor. The portion size was generous. I wonder how tasty the beef cheek meat and filet steak would be here? I definitely want to revisit. (Reservations are essential) The crème brûlée dessert is as delicious as waiting in line for it. It's rare to find a restaurant that is this satisfying. It's comparable to some of the best restaurants in Edo. The staff are efficient, working seamlessly in the open kitchen without wasting any movement. It's a stark contrast from Valore, where the staff chatter unnecessarily and it's unclear what they're doing in the kitchen.
This restaurant uses plenty of local ingredients in their dishes, and you can enjoy a variety of colorful vegetables. For dinner, you can choose from three different courses, with the only difference being the main dish. I have used this restaurant twice in the past, and both times the food was delicious, so I decided to dine there again this time. It was a bit disappointing that the course contents were exactly the same as last year. However, with dinner courses starting at 3800 yen, I am very satisfied with the quality. The potato bread that comes with the course was a standout side dish.

一年に一度くらいのペースでランチをいただいています。メニューに変わりばえがないのが難点。地元食材を美味しく調理されてていていいのですが、せっかくなので違った料理も食べてみたい。 窓際のお庭が見えるお席を案内してくれましたが、混んでいないのですから、他の客ともう少し距離を置いて欲しい。
