Boston Pizza - Abbotsford

This location is dirty! The booths could use a scrubbing, the carpets are black in spots and covered in stuff. The handicapped washroom doesn't have a lock at all so is unusable. Food was the same as the others so no complaints there but when we left I felt like we needed a bath.

Sat very quickly, waitress was told very Clearly what we wanted and when she brought it out it was wrong promised a new order would be up in five minutes, 10 min later she came back and it was kitchen fault it came up wrong again so for nacho and cheese with olives we waited 25 after everyone's meals came, ordered dessert and waitress came back 10 min later stating they where out of cheese cake Finally manager came around and offered a $ 20 coupon for our next visit. We are not from there nor will we go back to that location again, she eventually gave us 15% of bill

Had an appy for lunch was savory and delish the artichoke and spinach dip. Very fast service have never had to wait an hour for any meal unlike the bigger Boston Pizza on Sumas.

I had a chicken and mushroom Alfredo and it was pretty good. The servers were very nice. It was overall a good experience.

My best friend and I arrived at 10:50 a.m. We were the first costumers to arrive on a Sunday morning. We were greeted by a nice looking girl and decided on a table. My friend asked for a herbal tea and the same girl brought ice water for both and the tea, This girl came three times to ask if we were ready to order ( we commented that she must have been bored since we were still the only 2 customers in the entire restaurant and it had been within 15 minutes after our arrival). So we decided on one large salad for each...I had the crispy chicken pecan salad and she had the house chicken salad. Her chicken looked better than mine and more abundant...but we enjoyed our salads pretty much, fresh ingredients, for us a perfect lunch for each...we did not order a soup since the choices were too rich, their onion soup with 3 cheeses . My friend asked for another tea bag for her tea...camomile, with one bag it lacked flavour. We would have stayed longer and perhaps order more tea for both or a coffee but frankly this girl became annoying...asking too many times if we were ready to order and at the end of our meal, still food in our plates and asking if we were done, we sent her away politely, then she brought the credit card machine and we just sent her back since we were not ready to pay...she was so pushy we just had no more patience nor desire to stay there...I observed other customers just arrived, were still with their coats on and she was already asking them if they were ready to order a beverage? I will not go back to that particular Boston Pizza just to avoid all of the above treatment...too bad, I eat healthy light food and loved their salad choices...but I don't like to feel pressure for ordering, finishing my food or paying!
