8/9/23 3:14pm I went inside to order my to go food. The girl who took my order (Trinity was the name listed on my receipt) had the personality of a wet dish rag. After she asked me what I wanted, I never heard another word from her. My order was placed on the counter while I put lids on my drink. She never said a word, just went about her cleaning. These employees desperately need customer service training.

Cold burgers, fries and nuggets. We had to throw our food out because we were afraid to eat it at that temperature.
