Burger King - Accokeek

Worst service ever, I put my order and when I noticed that there were no onions and tomatoes on my burger, she asked and said they had no. You should mention that before I placed my order... not to mention how dirty the place was

The food is excellent. The service is also excellent.

Terrible customer service. Making a sandwich to specific specifications is not so difficult. As an employee you should want for your customers what you want for yourself if u specifically asked what you wanted and how u want it done. So people who cannot communicate properly at least try to interpret what the customer really wants, not only as a customer, as a friend, family member, and are quick to temperature and blow should not be customer service type jobs. Frozen drinks are good?

I made my order wrong, and still a bad service. Update. Change from 2 star to 1. This time I waited 25 minutes. I decided to get a refund instead of waiting longer. Also there were fried on the counter all the time! Nobody cleaned it.

WORST BURGER KING EVER. Almost every time we come here they're out of something. This time it's barbecue sauce but in the past it's been ketchup, straws, ice, etc. Whoever is in charge of ordering items for the store has to do better. And there's constantly a long wait here as well. The workers are super nice though.
