Mcdonald's - Acworth

Wait 25 minutes when it's not even busy but see why when I got to window. They just standing there talking to each other. Can't even count to ten I got 8 nugget which should have been 10

I don’t know how much y’all pay Regina, but it isn’t enough. She is lovely! Greeted us at the door, helped us order, and even checked on us at the table. She made it the best experience at a McDonalds I have ever had.

You can forget trying to order food at this location after 8 pm. Either the system is down or not enough staff is shouted on their drive thru speaker when you can clearly see at least 5 employees inside making at least $18 an hr! They also refuse to advise manager 's name. Their advertised open until 3:45 am is false. Close this store move staff.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the second time I have wasted my points online ordering from this location. I have ordered a free frappe only to be told after sitting in a long line that their machine is down and I do not receive my points back. I know for a fact that there are buttons that will remove the item from online locations so that customers cannot waste their money or points buying items that are not available.Fix this immediately

Literally drove here from a 24 hr mcdonald's that didn't have a single car in the drive-thru, yet did not speak to me for the 10+ minutes I sat at the speaker. Pulled up to this mcdonald's at 3:32am, was very politely told they reopen at 4am (even though it shows they are open until 3:45am) okay, fine. Waited until 4:02am to get back in the drive-thru and it is now 4:22 and not a single freaking person has spoke through the speaker. RIDICULOUS.
