Pizza Hut - Acworth

Order my food and waited 2 hours. I expected that. But, it ended up taking 30 minutes longer, so didn?t eat until 9pm. Food got here, was not the right order. I ordered a dinner box and paid extra for cheese sticks. They sent a pizza and 2 orders of cinnamon sticks. I called and they kept hanging up. I called the next day and said I would get a refund on the cheese sticks. Lies. No call from manager. I usually don?t eat Pizza Hut but boyfriends like it and I settle. Guess this way I can rule it out and choose the other pizza places near me. Never again for this location. They do not care about the customer.

Good food customer service not so good I was standing at the counter waiting to be waited on when somebody finally came to the counter the phone rang and they told me I had to wait while they took care of the customer on the phone

The past few pizza that we have ordered. Have been really good.One of the best pizza hut out there.

I ordered a pizza to go. it was hot and done on time. Tasted great.

We typically dine in and have a great experience. The items are fresh and we always have leftovers. We have never had bad service. We did our first take out order where we took it home since the dining room was closed. The cashier was very accommodating and the food items came out fresh. The new Nashville Hot wings flavor was great and had a kick. We will definently return for take out.
