Contribuisci feedbackAlways have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes, even when there's only one car ahead of me. Food is only right half the time(EX: Ordered a Pub Chicken Sandwich, was even asked what style of chicken, and was still given a hamburger instead of chicken). This wendy's used to be great, idk what happened. It used to be my regular lunch spot, but now If I did that I'd spend my whole break in line waiting on the wrong food.
Still messing up orders, not getting food right, can't seem to read what a mobile order is. Cannot be respectful to customers either and treating all orders like they are trash. Leaving chicken nuggets short, burgers messy and not put together right.
If ordering online be careful they do not take responsibility for their mistakes nor is management knowledgeable on how to rectify the issues very rude. Need to have more compassion with customer issues. Need more training on customer care.
Day 6 and I'm still waiting for our rations. I don't know how much longer we can hold out. It's beginning to take forever to get our food. There is little hope left to get it. The men are getting weak. I fear we will never get our food. But honestly it took 40 mins to get our food and it was barely warm when we got it.
Went through the drive through the lady who took my card was very polite and had a mask on. Not a single other person did. The man who handed me my food didn't even have one on. I could see the cook didn't have one on. Absolutely gross my internal car camera was on and after realizing nobody had a mask I pointed it at the window to record. I have reported them to the health department. I will go to Culivers for my burger fix from now on.
