Today we asked for chili oil and received a small servier (between 4) and when we asked for more, we were told by a very unfortunate waiter (worm glasses, short air, some chibby type) just to ask more when we were done. We...read more
The yum cha here is pretty good as long as they make a selection of what they like in the rule. har gow has beautiful juicy garnels, sticky rice is well seasoned with mushroom, Lup-Chong and bits by minze. custard ei tart also has very nice fluffy pastries. go they simply not expecting waiter to speak or explain much tries to ask a waiter if he could help to identify a certain emptying in the list (intended to order ham sui gok, but could not say from the English descriptions that it was) but he looked at us empty and went away when we never spoke to him. that was a bit of a bit of a bit. we went early before the lunch break, and yum cha orders were by marking what they want on a list, then...read more
Good authentic chinese food, has a 3 hour car park while dining which is good in Norwood as finding parking could be a pain. we asked the manager who was walking around to click a photograph of us an he refused saying he is the manager and sent another staff later to click one. now when i go to restaurant i normally don't check. we ordered a whole heap of stuff between the 4 of us and later found that they have charged us $7 extra for a beer we didn't have. Excellent for the food however I have dropped the rating cause of the manager
Firstly I would like to highlight how polite and efficient the staff were. All were attentive and prompt with taking orders and clearing plates. The food was really good we started with steamed dim sims, spring rolls and a shallot cake. All were fresh and great entrees. Mains we had lemon chicken, salt and pepper soft shell crab and Mongolian beef with fried rice. Great food. Great service in a great location with 3 hours free parking.
Awful service! (in Chinese: 服務極差!)The worst in Adelaide!!! Would even rate it as 0 if there’s an option!!! The manager’s attitude is so RIDICULOUS and EXTREMELY ARROGANT and RUDE!!! When I first arrived, I spent around 5 mins standing at the reception and finally got a chance to speak to someone nicely asked for table for 2. However, that person (who dressed like a manager) completely ignored me and walked away as he was only cared about the big group of people who were also waiting. There was another family waited behind me and also got ignored and pissed off by the same manager’s attitude. He never response to people, and also he not looking...read more
