Subway - Adelaide

I cannot even begin to rate the food at this restaurant. I was the only customer in the store, and the girl with extremely long eyelash extensions was too busy making her own lunch to acknowledge me. After waiting for a few minutes with no service, I decided to go across the road to a different restaurant for a five-star burger experience. Overall, I would give this restaurant a rating of 1 for food, service, and atmosphere.

The staff at this restaurant provide exceptional service. A special shoutout to Bridget this time, as I am vegan and she made sure I received the correct products. There was another sweet girl working with Bridget and they both worked beautifully together. I have noticed the same level of teamwork among other staff members here as well. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work. 5 stars for the food.

Rude and arrogant staff! I won't go back! They want to charge for two 6 inch subs for additional carrot on 1 end and wrapping separately. No other Subway has ever said this! Find a place where people actually have a level of customer service!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
