The Franklin Hotel - Adelaide

We had lunch for 3 on a very quiet Saturday at this restaurant. We were the only customers in the dining room! The service was excellent, with two staff members dedicated to our table who were extremely friendly and welcoming. The menu offered a good variety of food, with generous portions and quick service. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

I brought my friends from Melbourne to this restaurant. We chose it because they do not have poker machines. We had just come from a conference on gambling harm at the Adelaide Convention Centre.

The sesame seed crusted Atlantic salmon was stunning, and the risotto with the chicken Kiev was the best! Overall a great experience

Sat in dining room, staff attentive BUT waited nearly an hour for chicken bites and hot dog, only to receive stone cold hot dog. Complained and received a free beer and replacement dog a few minutes later. Dog also cold! My hubby are very little of it and they took it off the bill. This is the second disappointing meal there so, despite the great decor and good beer selection, we probably won't return.

Great relaxed vibe, food was definitely above average for a pub and the service from the bartender was top notch. Recommend a visit.
