Kicaster Country Store Grill - Adkins

The food is good, but a bit pricey. The shocking part is that the owner (woman) had the nerve to come up and ask us very directly to leave due to capacity, when we were finishing up our burgers and had not quite finished our beers. She wasn’t aware if we had planned on getting another beer or even buying some groceries ????????‍?? The correct customer service and professional protocol would have been to send the incoming customers outside on their patio lawn , or put them on a time wait till the table was available. It put a bad taste in our mouth about wanting to go back and give this small town business anymore of ours.

Highly recommend Kicaster Country Store Grill. We tried the Kicaster and classic burgers. Both were amazing. Hubs said he loved it right after he unwrapped the burger and before he took the first bite. Appearance alone was mouth watering. Also had the poutine, which was amazing. Needless to say we came out stuffed. Very friendly staff and down home service. Thank you for a great first experience. We WILL be back soon!

Burgers always so tasty with great quality ingredients. Fries always hot and crispy. drafts matched with burgers are perfect. staff sweet and always helpful. not one thing on menu is bad........its all fabulous!!!
