Sahib's - Ahmedabad

It was a culturally rich Rajputana themed ambience which is great and a unique thing in this area. We skipped the starters and decided to order a dum ka murgh along with garlic nan. The smoky aroma of the dish shook me all night long. Bon appétit. It was excellent in taste, the meat was succulent. The medium spiced gravy tasted perfect. Then we had the Malabari Biryani. It was tasty but seemed like it was cooked in a hurry which reduced the 0.5 mark from the perfect. Such a memorable experience that I could write it after such a long time. Good service. Overall, a delightful experience.

I went wit my colleague n we enjoyed food ambience of this place. We went thr after 3 n their kitchen was abt to close but still they served us...we had chicken angare n it was yummy then we has malabar biryani but it was not up to mark but nice.

I had a dinner, the food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing a must try. I find the menus trending in a contemporary direction with emphasis on lean, fresh and organic fare.

The first thing that comes to mind when you enter Sahib's is the ambience. You get engulfed in the enchanting aura and aromas of varied delicacies awaiting to be served in beautiful minimal vessels which captures your awe while the food that is served tingles your taste buds. Must visit.

Went there for dinner on a Saturday with my entire family of 8. First thing that impresses you is the warmth with which they greet you and make you feel comfortable. Coming to food, 7 of us are hard core non veg foodies and 1 of us was a veg person. <br/ <br/ We ordered the non veg platter, chatpata prawns paneer tikka for starters and Lal Maans, Murgh Angara Paneer Angara in mains along with roomali roti. In sides we had masala chaach. <br/ <br/ When we left that place we were in no condition to even move. We were over stuffed to the brim, literally. We have been to almost 99% of non veg restaurants in Ahmadabad but have yet to come across a restaurant which serves food even half as good as they do. Even the way they present food was superb. All in all this was a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a great meal.
