Oustau Camarguais - Aigues Mortes

Girando affamati per Aigues Mortes e volendo evitare ciò che offriva la piazza turistica, sperando oltretutto di trovare un locale con tavoli all'esterno e sufficiente spazio avendo con noi un cane taglia XL, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante che ci ha attirato per lo spazio esterno e per il menù esposto fuori dove venivano evidenziate alcune proposte vegetariane e vegane. Avevamo intuito che non sarebbe stato un pranzo economico ma alla fine possiamo dire con assolutamente certezza che abbiamo speso 89€ più che bene. Il menù propone piatti alla carta e due opzioni di menù completi (antipasto+secondo+dolce), noi abbiamo scelto il menù completo perché alla fine guardando i prezzi di un singolo piatto conveniva...tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato era ottimo (il polpo con le patate meraviglioso, simile al nostro ma questo con una salsa delicatissima che sapeva di maionese e aglio), i camerieri gentili e attenti, carini nel cercare di intendersi con il nostro scarso inglese e scarsissimo francese! Consigliamo sicuramente questo ristorante!

Very warm welcome, yet a bit special. They have vegan and vegetarian options on the menu that are clearly indicated and surprised with a lot of flavor and creativity. You can even have a full vegan menu (aka formule) and everything is explained in English as well. The outside sitting is protected by a cute wooden construction with a lot of plants which also shields from the pedestrians and the sunshine, giving a cosy feeling. Definitely to try as non meat eater

Super restaurant in a alley outside the tumult... with a beautiful decor. From the very good cuisine everything was delicious, from sangria to dessert a real treat for taste buds! And as a bonus a very nice waiter who misleads us our evening. We highly recommend

Vegans, get in! Very good. Vegetarian dishes or VEGANS cooked inventive, picturesque (seitan gardianne way), sesame salad grill,... Very friendly service. Warm setting and outside the large noisy terraces. Thank you!
