I recently discovered this charming brewery that impressed me from the first visit. The dishes of the day were absolutely delicious, fresh and carefully prepared. If I could put 10 stars... I've discovered this brewery recently and frankly I love it. Cold sandwiches are good, but the burger is amazing. I ate one this noon and that's what motivated this opinion. The tradi 200grs with fries and a drink is perfect. Meat ( grill cooking is delicious, so I thought it was cooked at barbecue. The fries are not insipid and rubbery matches, but good fleshy fries. The buns (buns of the burger are light and I didn't have this unpleasant impression of heavy bread that sticks to the palate that we sometimes have when we eat a burger. So it's very digestive and I even managed to finish the fries. For the bravest, there is a Giga 360grs version, I may try it because the smoke of the meat is amazing and I still want nothing but thinking about it. The brewery is clean and the service is on top, the staff is great, I have never waited long to have my order (we can call or book via an app, but I haven't used this option yet. And the best thing is cheaper than fast food and qualitatively, it's another world. I really recommend eating there, you won't regret it.
