Hana Usagi - Akita

This raven was probably the best ramen I had in Japan. I was in Japan for four 5 months, so it's really good. I wrote this review 2 months later because I still think of this masterpiece.

Semboku-shi Kakunodate-cho is known as a cherry spot in Japan. After enjoying cherry , I visited the popular ramen shop "Hanasagi". It is always , but I pack it with people because it is the cherry blossom season. It took a long time since I visited, so I was hard to find it, but I chose "Seafood Bowl" according to the law at the top left. In fact, I explained the soup on the ticket機 machine. It is ideal for children. It is a refreshing taste, but it is rich. Add fragrance and flavor to the surface. Noodles are the most popular straight oodles. You can enjoy the texture and throat. You can enjoy the taste of oodles without compromising on the soup. It is a type that has thin meat like un処理ed ham, not a typical stewed type. Can you say that you can enjoy the taste of meat? It is a recommended shop when sightseeing in Kakunodate.

角館に宿泊し、ランチタイムに訪れました。ファミリーマートの駐車場で食べる場所を探しながら、約100メートル歩いて向かいました。長い行列ができていましたが、二人で行ったので、あまり長く待たずに座ることができました。席は7つしかないため、混雑時は待ち時間が長くなる可能性があります。私は魚介豚骨の特製ラーメンを注文しましたが、とてもおいしかったです。見たことのないハムのようなチャーシューが入っていて、驚きました。茹でた角形のローストポークも入っており、一皿で2度楽しむことができました。卵の茹で加減も絶妙で、煮卵も美味しかったです。

角館の武家屋敷のそばにあるラーメン屋さん。 初めて行きましたが、店主さんの対応が最高でした! 子供連れだとカウンターのみなので厳しい方もいるかもですがうちは三歳半が一人で座って食べられたので問題なく食べることができました。 大ファミリーは要注意です。 ラーメンはとてもおしゃれで美味しくて最高でした!

魚介鶏だし味玉ラーメン（大盛）を頂きました。パツッとした細麺にコク深いスープが美味い！ 濃厚豚骨味玉つけめん煮干油を頂きました。麺はツルモチ太麺、つけ汁は濃厚で少しトロミがあって美味しいちょい塩分強めで個人的にはもう少しマイルドな感じが好みだけど、スープ割りが美味しくてしっかり完飲
