Little Caesars Pizza - Akron

The pizza was good, but some employees had bad vibes! I hope they only have a bad day and their attitude will be better.

Several times they say my order should be just a few minutes when I go through after they tell me about the phone and park after the ride thru and then have to wait 20-30 minutes until they tell me it is not done. It is frustrating not to have realistic waiting times, I would have ordered pizza if I knew it would take so long.

We eat from here every week or two. We order and get a deep dish and a regular pizza with more than pepperoni. The quality is usually consistent, fresh pizza, which is good to warm up the next day. The regular pizza we order in the past was a fresh pizza with good toppings. The last 2 times, I think they took a hot-N-ready, added the other toppings on the top of the paprika and cheese, adding a little cheese to cover new toppings and then atleast partially boiled it again. The crust is very dark brown and the exposed pepperoni is hard to brittle. The next morning our mostly great pizza is dry and hard again. The crust is really breakable. I just wanted to make sure this is an isolated couple of cases of laziness and not a newly accepted practice.

I ordered pick up and I got a pepperoni deep dish and 3 orders of crazy bread the pizza had no sauce on it it wasn?t cut it was burnt and looked like someone stepped on it the bread had way way way to much seasoning or whatever on it then the other two bags was just bread in butter

When 10-15 minutes on the window half hour later no pizza was quoted, I was told that a few more people were in front of me, but people who came after me definitely didn't get their food back
