Dinner was delicious!! Salmon was cooked to perfection!

I live in Utah and have visited this place 2x since my initial review and it has been even better than my initial review! Tonight I got the catfish dinner and crab cakes and it was stupendous! I once again highly recommend! The bartender Kelly is a hoot!

I would give 2 1/2 stars, if possible. We have had some really good food at Mikey 's at Fox Valley and some really subpar food. Unfortunately, tonight was subpar. I ordered sautéed crab claws and a corn dog. The corn dog was soggy and bland. The crab claws were $25.00 for 22 small claws, 2 of which were inedible. When I called to express my unhappiness with the quality vs. the price of the food, the manager offered to credit me for the crab claws on my next visit. That was a nice offer, but we have eaten there multiple times and about half the time it has been great but the other half the food has not been good. I 'm not sure that I want to return for another subpar meal. Then..... I received a call back. The bartender said that she would buy my crab claws next time I came in the restaurant. A nice offer. I told her that I thought that they were hit or miss on their food and that they needed to get their act together. At that point, she said I am done here and hung up on me. I was trying to give some feedback about our experience there and I was not rude or nasty but was treated rudely-after paying for subpar food again! Hit or miss food and rude staff. Not a good combination.

Last time I was here it was the original Fox Valley. Wife had the crab cakes and they were great like in the past. I had fried catfish with a cup of gumbo. Very good! Service was great also. But we came at 5pm when it first opened.
