Chipotle Mexican Grill - Alameda

I seldom purchase food from this Chipotle. In the past, the service was slow. Since I happened to be in the area and I was hungry, I decided to get one of their bowl meals.I usually get a grilled chicken bowl. This time I ordered the barbacoa beef bowl with all the fixings that I desired. It wasn't that bad. The beef was tender and a tad salty. Having add the corn to the mix was okay.The service was better and I didn't wait long to receive my meal.Return visit? Might, then might not.

I was getting the tacos and the server was putting a spoonful of each item so I canceled it because it was going to come out to $20+, not even worth it! These places are getting worse and worse with the inflation.

Food is just ok,. the service is bad on most evenings and its's not because they are bad people, just very poorly trained on the register (check your receipts! and poor manners. Learn to apologize for transportation mistakes, making customers return to fix errors or find errors while there. Mistakes happen, but an apology goes a long way in repairing the bad experience. I will go to the chipotle at south shore now. Its's further away, but worth it if the experience is better.

It is a small Chipotle and it didn't look well kept. Also, there was no ice in the soda fountain and the soda... tested diet coke, Mr. Pibb and rootbeer all were flat and tasted dirty. Do better.

This place is consistently terrible. Small portions, consistently out of food hours before closing, and now I walk in and they tell me it 's cash only tonight. ‍ I really wish yelp would let me rate 0 stars
