Absolutely amazing The pecan bar was astronomically delicious!
Friendly staff and life changing cinnamon roll! Best in San Antonio, trust me
This is the first bakery we've visited, so I was really excited to give it a go. We bought two blueberry muffins and a loaf of their Birdman. The muffins were yummy and the Birdman is great for sandwiches, though I think next time I might opt for a regular honey wheat. We were after a French sourdough as well but we went in on Friday and they were sold out. Unfortunately, we can't make it Wednesday when they bake it so i'm not sure we'll get the chance to try it. Overall, I think we'll be back :
Come early or miss out. We visited later in the afternoon, and many of the selections were sold out. They did not have any scones or sweet rolls. We opted for their pecan pie bar, pain au chocolate, and a brownie. All three were delicious. The pain au chocolate was airy and had many layers . It had the right amount of chocolate Nd the exterior had a nice crunch. My wife's brownie was moist and not dense like some brownies can be. Finally the pecan pie bar was rich and decadent with a thick layer of pecan pie filling and was covered with toasted pecan bits. Even in the afternoon they had a good amount of foot traffic. The interior could use a few more tables for inside noshing.
