Ihop - Alamosa

The service was great and the food was delicious, but my strawberry cheesecake pancakes were lacking pieces of cheesecake and my aunt’s strawberry banana pancakes were lacking bananas. Also, one of the employees checked up on me while I was in the restroom, which I thought was a little weird, but at least she was nice, and some people gave us dirty looks, because my aunt with intellectual disabilities was being very noisy. All in all, our experience was okay, but we probably won’t go back anytime soon, because we live in Albuquerque, but we might go back if we’re ever back up in Alamosa again.

The place is in serious need of better staff. Many customers walked out. Our food was cold, eggs do not taste good if they are cold. The manager on duty did not care about his job.

We waited for an hour for our food with 3 other people in the restaurant, not busy. It took us a total of 10min to finish our food to than wait another 20min to not get our check. We than went up to the front to make a point that we were ready to leave. When the waitress asked how our food was we said it was cold which it was. Really was her response instead of being apologetic. Yes really.

Our waitress, Dylan, was very nice. Everyone in there was pleasant. Food was good and what we asked for. Definitely a nice stop from traveling SO long.
