Arby's - Albany

Pricy and eating were okay, but much too long. we had 2 arbys original and 2 buffalo chickens. the beef looked like it had been frozen and frozen and frozen and slept in brine quite often. the ck sandwiches that the young said were sloppy and sharp, but good.

No cars in the drive thru and I was in a hurry so I ordered fries only, no sandwich or drink. I was asked to pull around and wait for the to bring it out. Had to wait for 20 minutes for just fries. Never coming back. Employees walking around on their phones.

Didn't have meat for the new Wagyu burger. They are always out of product at Dawson rd location. Had to drive to N Slappey store to get the Wagyu burger

Good good with terrible prices. Not sure how they are still open

Service was slow. Staff was rude.Went through the drive thru. Had to pull around and wait in the parking lot for a regular roast beef sandwich meal. When we finally got our we had to go in to get napkins and condiments.
