Contribuisci feedbackOrdered four full meals for my family. Steak and one side was missing. Too far, too late to drive back that night. Called and spoke with manager and was placed on call log for a replacement meal. Got it tonight and the steak was burnt so bad it was inedible. This is evidently what medium rare looks like.

Food great service could of been better. I don't appreciate when the waitress tells another customer that she slapped another waitress and only got a week suspension and she thought it was great. Couldn't help but over hear it since it was beside me.
Worst experience ever! Will not be back. Before I go into details on this trainwreck, I will state up front that my daughter-in-law did say some curse words, but never directed at a person. The meal began with 6 of us being seated and two more coming in about 10 minutes later. When we were sat our server, Anna, came over to get our drink and appetizer order. It took about 10 minutes for our drinks they arrived when the other 2 people in our party were sat with one appetizer and rolls immediately following. We had 2 bar drinks, so ok timing. Maybe the other appetizer would be out soon. Then it went down hill. It was nearly an hour before our salads were served, they were missing half of the vegetables. We received no drink refills during that hour. Didn 't even see our server for that hour. When Anna was asked about the missing veggies, she said they were being cut, did we want her to take them back and bring them back out when the vegetables were cut, it would be about 15 to 20 minutes. When she was told we would keep the salads since we didn 't want to wait any longer her response was Yeah, okay . She then tried to leave without checking on refills, clearing appetizer plates, etc.. So, my husband stopped her and asked for a refill, my son asked for one also. That was the only refills that happened. No one else was even asked. I asked for a to go box for my salad and could my entree please be put in a to go box as well. Another half hour goes by, the second appetizer finally comes out. We ask about our food. Anna tells us ours would be the next one out. We had already watched 3 tables that arrived after us receive their food. We wait another 15 minutes, no Anna no food. So, we flag down another server and ask to speak to the manager. Surprise! Anna shows up in about a minute. She says the manager is working on our food, did we really still need to see her. We told her yes. Manager comes out. We try to explain the situation to her. She kept interrupting my daughter-in-law. Saying they had alot of parties, pretty sure we were the largest party they had . My daughter-in-law was finally able to tell her that 3 other tables that arrived after us had already been served their foodand about tge salad situation. The manager told us that they were out of the tomatoes and red onions that were missing. I even told the manager that I understood things could happen, I had worked in the restaraunt industry myself. I told her it seemed to me that her kitchen had gotten in the weeds and her server had dropped the ball on putting our orders in, but our server had not been taking care of our table and was rude when she did show up. The manager then said she couldn 't speak for what her server had been doing and our food would be right out. Another 15 minutes goes by, food finally comes out. A few things were missing, steaks were cold. My food was not in a to go box. Funniest thing, those tomatoes and red onions they were out of, were on the side of my husband 's plate with his sandwich. We all asked for to go boxes and our checks and tell her about the food issues. Anna comes back with our checks and boxes. My husband just hands back the check with our card. We were just over it and ready to leave. The two other parties look over their checks and they are wrong. One party was charged for our appetizer that came out late. My son and daughter-in-law were charged for things they did not get, etc. Through this whole dinner Anna has been mainly absent and rude when she did show up, not addressing any of the food issues. So, when she comes back with my husband 's card we tell her about the check issues. Still not addressing any other issues, Anna turns to my husband and says I will need to take your card back and charge you for that appetizer. I told her no she would not be taking our card back and was about to say until everything else has been taken care of, but Anna interrupts and loudly informs me that she would have me arrested for dining and dashing.
