Safari Grill - Albuquerque

Our first time here and was not sure what to expect, as not really before the menu. We were pleasantly surprised! Our server I guess was possibly the owner, was so warm and welcoming. The food is fantastic and did not seem to be frozen at all and was so fresh and tasty again! The interior is not fancy, but the food seems bright enough to overlook it easily. We will return great food, gracious hosts and generous portions.

Arrived for my reservation, but found the restaurant closed. The restaurant was and has been closed due to Covid, but never turned off their reservation system.

Went to the Safari Grill for Valentine’s Day and was not disappointed! This is a great jewel that has been hidden on Central for nearly three years before I have ever visited. The food was delicious and the server...one of the owners named Chynna (sp)...was so engaging and delightful. I will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

Truly outstanding food (all 4 of us were eager to try new things), great beer selection, and terrific service. A highly enjoyable experience, even with the patio requirements!! We’re very much looking forward to many meals there.
