Buffalo Grill - Alcalá de Henares

Permanently closed. for my drop the n°1 of this kind of restaurants, the ribs were of another level and the deal was always excellent. He's lost.

Cheese did not taste like cheese. Ribeye of 16.95€ tasted like horse meat. Asked for medium and it was rare. Sent it back again. Dessert for 6.96€ was ⅔ filled with cream. Underneath was some ice cream. Ladies in the kitchen didn’t seem to like their work. Waitress didn’t want to seat us where we wanted. Much easier for her to have all clientele in one part. She was quick though. Better go to McDonalds further down the road.

Only 2 waiters, seated us and didn't even take our drink orders! After a further 15 minutes of no service, we got up and left.

Service was great, food (bbq ribs and mixed grill) were delicious. Portion sizes are just right. Baked potato was a bit of a letdown, they should leave it whole and maybe offer butter with it. Other than that

The place left enough to want only once, the prices are high for what they offered and I say they were because they seem to have closed just like the one in the alcobentas, I'm sorry for the employees.
