Contribuisci feedbackThe menu at the Se7en Ocean convinced me. It was born of creativity and a certain independence from Mr Morel. It is comparable to restaurants like the Piment, the truffle boar or the Petit Amour I had visited in the last few months. In comparison, the menu in the Se7 Ocean was more interesting, exciting, creative and exceptional. In my opinion, the star is completely justified, the reviews especially GaultMillau, but also in the Gusto I would consider to be somewhat too low.
The Se7en Oceans offers excellent cuisine. After dinner I could have an informative conversation with the restaurant manager Marvin Szikorra. The slightly overgrown seafoods were a compromise, as guests complained about to glazed fish.
Years ago, when the Se7en Oceans was not a star restaurant, we visited this culinary ski resort. Located on the second floor of the European Passage, it serves French and Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Frédéric Morel and his team offer many maritime dishes. The highlight are the specialties of the seven world seas. Therefore, the name Seven Oceans. But the wine card is also very exclusive and fits perfectly with the dishes offered. The interior is elegant and simple. Our favorites of the kitchen: The grilled seaweed fillet, the salt meadow lamb and the Breton red bar.
Excellent view of the Bay, service was okay, the bartender is on point and goes out of his way to please.
