Contribuisci feedbackMy dog and I visit South Block every week! The only downside is the excessive plastic waste that the restaurant produces. It would be great if they offered paper cups and bowls, as well as paper or metal straws that customers could return. They could also consider giving customers incentives for bringing their own cups, bowls, and straws. This would be a much more eco-friendly approach.
The service at this restaurant was terrible on Saturday. It took 30 minutes to receive my order, and when I finally got my smoothie, it had chunks of fruit and a strand of hair in it. To make matters worse, there was a rat that ran under one of the tables. The cashier was rude and did not greet me, and the person who seemed to be the manager was just standing by the juice machine doing nothing. I would give this restaurant 0 stars.
I had a completely unacceptable experience at this restaurant. I placed an order at the counter, paid for it, and then waited for 35 minutes without receiving my order. I had to check on it three times before being told that my order never printed. After waiting for almost 40 minutes and not receiving anything, I had to request a refund. I will not be returning to this location again. They should have offered me the smoothie bowl for free as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE SOUTH BLOCK LOCATION THUS FAR!!! The customer service is amazing and I always feel so welcomed. I want to mention a worker who always stands out to me, her name is Alicia and she is always so happy to help me whenever I come in. Aside from the awesome team, the food is just perfect, if i could come here everyday i would!! I usually get the warrior bowl and i would definitely recommend it.
Great contactless service, the menu has pictures. I got a peanut butter açaí bowl, and it was great. Being inside the place feels great, good atmosphere to have convos inside etc very chill :
