Red Lobster - Alexandria

Had a fried 3pick combo meal. Fish and shrimp were good,unfortunately the scallops were extremely soggy. Couldn’t eat them. I told the waiter but he did not make a offer to rectify or adjust the bill. Caesar salad was good,had a lot of cheese grated on top which I enjoyed but too much dressing.

This location has been our favorite spot for years , Anthony our server was very attentive and friendly, thank you!

We let the desk attendant know that we had signed up for the waitlist on open table so she informed us she would 'check us in ' but the wait would be about 20 minutes. There truly is no point in joining the list on open table as it is exactly the same as just walking in and waiting to be called. The service was terrible. We waited for our food for over an hour. Our waiter kept forgetting things we had ordered given the restaurant was not packed. Overall, it was a bad experience. We got there at 6:45pm and left at 9pm on a Sunday for a table of 4. Horrible experience.

The food it self was ok. Some items really seemed as though they had been waiting for someone to order it so they could serve it. We ordered the surf and turf that had steak and lobster on a kabob. The steak was tough and temp was barely warm. Our server would sporadically stop by. We had to wait for about 20 mins for him to finally stop by to help us with our check. We needed to remove an item that we ordered and never received.
