Earthen - Alldays

We love Frederick and Sumarie! We became regulars to their establishment about a year ago and now feel compelled to not miss out on a weekly fix of getting together and bonding over a cup of coffee and life. The drug here is not just the coffee, but rather the company and connection we have with both of them. Whether it is a cappuccino, an americano or an espresso laced with a brownie or just sitting down to listen to a vinyl together, their place lends itself to a sweet soul time together and the greater connection of friendship. Very good for our souls.

Earthen coffee: This is what passion brews. Aromas you want to bath in, its almost impossible to describe the flavours and complexities of each individual coffee until you get the chance to speak to the busy Fredrick. Its then when you realise that coffee is more than just an exact science, something that Mr Fredrick has mastered, its an art form that transports you to the origin of the bean as Fredrick craftily describes the taste sensations exploding and flowing over your taste buds. I know this must sound over-exaggerated but there is simply nothing better than a great cup of coffee, it connects people, it sparks conversation, makes you actually think and debate about flavours or it can all be an illusion fueled by to much caffeine but its a dream world Ill happily drift away in! They deserve 10 stars for the best coffee in the country! They are passionate about coffee and it shows.. freshly roasted coffee readily available with any roast or flavour that you love (or do not know you love yet).. they are incredibly knowledgeable and offer great service. also a great little coffee shop where you can have a meeting or a break with a great cup of coffee and a snack. If you are not a coffee addict- they will make you one. Real people with really good coffee
