Camping Capfun Fumades

Capfun lovers for several years, we spent a pleasant stay at the camping des fumades this year. A water complex at the top, very clean, sun loungers or chairs always available, super slides! But watch out for the wasps!!! All day entertainment for young and old. No noise at night. I recommend 100%. Rooms: 5

Bungalows on top of each other, extreme and disturbing proximity, too few flowered hedges which would have created privacy, instead the spaces between the bungalows also become alleys. On arrival the bungalow was not ready, it was given to us 2 hours late, not a cool start to the holiday. We questioned the staff about this and they told us that it wasn 't pleasant for them either. I sent an email to management asking that they not count us for the cleaning on exit, they said they would like us to meet to discuss it, I gave a date they gave no further sign of life. Large, inexpensive silicone seal to repair the shower, slide junctions, footbath water drains. In short, I do not recommend this campsite. At the price it is offered it is not good value for money. You say 'in my opinion I did not receive the accommodation early enough ' and accommodation earlier 'This may not have been the case for you. ' I remain factual I received the accommodation late that is to say to pass 6 p.m. So this is not, in my opinion, just a proven case. It is simple and easy to blame the delay on the tenants who were there before us. We were not the only ones in this case, which makes me say that this is not an isolated case but an organizational problem on your part. This is more than two hours of delay, which is not a small delay. Instead of making excuses for the behavior of others that you can 't do anything about, it would be more useful for you to self-criticize to see what you can change to improve a situation that is your responsibility. Good campsite. Not too big. Great pool area with slides. Many playgrounds on the grounds and a skater park. Now the activities at the Kids Club were not so interesting both for my 8 year old son and for my 4 year old daughter. They didn't like that. The Laser Game found them super as well as the Mario games. Otherwise everything was good. Rooms: 5

Arriving 1 day late our mobile home was not available, in fact after our installation, no mattresses for the children, the floor to be reviewed in terms of cleanliness, the kitchen utensils just limited to the number of people ex; 5 spoons coffee when there were 5 of us, no strainer, no carafe,..... microwave oven out of order... concerning the aquatic area the hygiene of the sanitary facilities is deplorable, no toilet paper or washing gel for the hands..I will not return to this campsite ️
