Had the worst experience the manager didn't want to help me. I had to order French toast sticks I couldn't do in the app. I didn't have my debt card with me because I always use Apple Pay for a pickup. French toast sticks are not on the app. And they didn't know how to use the app, so I can use the app if I personally ordered to pay on Apple Pay. The auto funnel was friendly, but the manager didn't want to deal with my problem. He ordered something else and we will give you your order. Why do I have to do that? I'd pay more than advertised, plus it's not my fault. They sent me away by not trying to help me find a solution or offer an exception, as this was not a customer problem, but an app/sonic problem. Will never be back. Do not recommend this location.

Its kind of hidden and area is somewhat too dark, but service and food is not disappointed. Food: 5/5
