Chipotle Mexican Grill - Allentown

The staff has throttled my Burrito bowl in straight sauce, so it was just sour. No garbage cans were released. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Soda machines didn't even have ice. It's nice to have an electric car charger next to this location, but just skip this chipotle.

I leave a 5-star rating because Latonya DID HER THING today. I always get that chipotle. And she's by far the best I found in this place. Thank you for your excellent customer service Latonya! Have a great weekend:

Amazing how food and service shifts drastically from one place to the next. I like to travel further for better customer service and food quality. Whether you order personally or online, the Tilghman site is always at the point; Your order is right, properly prepared, the right temperature and tastes fresh. My closer chipotle; not so much. I suspect that better management and more balanced workload can be key factors. Someone kudos Tilghman Chipotle! Yes!

He ordered a chicken dish. Do you have a bowl of salad, cauliflower, beans and guak? Fortunately, the Chipotle refund service is quite reliable, but surely to say I have never visited this Chipotle again.

I have grub here numerous times. Each and Everytime my order is missing entire entrees the burrito bowl is always made with the wrong rice. This isn't that hard to read a piece of paper. I worked in service industry my whole life yes things happened but everytime is not ok.
