Sahara Mediterranean Cuisine

All the food was excellent and the portions are very generous. Hummus and Baba Ganoush were especially delicious. The Hummus was especially smooth and creamy. Baba was different from what I have experienced elsewhere but it was huge portion and the multiple toppings had great flavors. I also had the chicken kabobs and they were moist and tender as well as perfectly seasoned. I will be back!

Awesome experience all around from service received by Tom the owner and the Freshness of the food was phenomenal. The house salad was freshest we've had in a restaurant. Next the chicken kabob and chk shawarma were very tasty and melt in your mouth! Overall, super pleased to find a gem like this while traveling through Allentown. Will be back again!

Disappointed I remember when you could see the ladies preparing the food. Gyro used to come with fries now it alcart. Gyro was stuffed with plenty of lettuce and tomatoes but three small pieces of chicken won't be going back.

Clean, fast, friendly service Food was fresh, authentic, delicious. Recommend falafel sandwich, fries baklava! Will definitely return when visiting Allentown.

The owner is running all around checking on you. The best hummus and the chicken dishes are great. Can't go after 6 pm tho cuz they close early
