The food is fantastic. Best steak I've eaten in the Lehigh Valley. If you like fresh pasta this is your place and pasta Verde is your dish. Tre Scalini is reservation only so if you want to dine here on a Saturday make the call a month in advance. You won't be disappointed. Service: Dine in

Accommodated a group sans reservation. Was given a high degree of attention from Abby and her cohort, it understandably dwindled as the dining room filled. Consistent kitchen and wait times. Bread was authentic and salubrious, portion left room for food. Sampled from 4 dishes, all prepared to an encyclopedic level of precision with herbs picked in house. The portions are small ! for America, but cater to authenticity. Moderately high ! noise level. Setting is otherwise intimate. Bring your own wine. The highlight was an Italian standard Lavazza espresso. Abby delivered it with an unbelievably precise portion of cream, which greatly impressed me. I will be returning.
