Additionally, the hours are very inconvenient, with no breakfast service and closing as early as 7 PM. It feels like they don't want your business at all. I've had much better experiences at the McDonald's down the road.
Tasty tasty tasty. I love the whole package. My wife craves the waffle fries. A lovely place to go and food that feels good to eat.
I just returned from the Chick-fil-A on Holcomb Bridge in East Roswell, and I was disappointed with my order of medium and large fries. When I got home, I realized there were hardly any fries in the bags. Who authorized this? The amount of fries in my large size is even less than what you would find in a small order. Why did I have to pay more for this?
I was looking forward to the new opening, but I found the food quality to be lacking compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. They skimped on the fries, and the chicken breast fillets for the sandwiches were noticeably smaller than at other places. I visited a few times to see if it was just an off day, but the experience was consistently the same. I really hope they can make improvements!
It's a great place simply because it's a Chick-fil-A establishment however Im less than thrilled with this particular location because of the management and the employees that with at this particular franchise. They are biased, rude and unaccommodating.I've come to think of Chick-fil-A as a place that sticks by it's model of being there for it's community, helping out thecommunity and being a good role model for the community patrons. I personally watched as they called the police on a beautifulyoung woman who comes from a wealthy family who entered the restaurant looking exhausted and disheveled because her car hadbroken down and her phone has died so she had to walk over 10 miles to reach her residential area and a place she thought wascomfortable and safe. She was sweaty, exhausted, slightly dirty and highly emotional but there was no doubting her privilegedupbringing and status as a member of the upper class. Despite the very obvious, the employees of this restaurant refused to gether something to drink and instead chose to call the police and throw her out. The police came and she eventually left in anambulance and was taken to a hospital to be treated for heat stroke and exhaustion. Walking for so long in the middle of the dayin the middle of summer in Atlanta had taken it's toll and she desperately needed rest and fluids after her ordeal. She neededcompassion and understanding. She needed a safe place to hydrate herself and to call her family or friends to help facilitate aride home got herself. Watching the way this woman was treated by a place, that is supposed to be the for the members of theircommunity, was disheartening and embarrassing. I felt so bad for her and wanted to reach out to help her but it was too late bythe time I realized what had happened. I swore that I would never again give this particular establishment a cent of my hardearned money and that I would let others know of the behavior and actions of these workers. So despite
