Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Alpharetta

We just had a bad frozen yogurt! it was our first time in this shop and this place on Friday afternoon it was quite crowded at 16:30. the business is located next to kroger in the windward commons shopping center complex. the load had cakes that they can buy, as well as many sitting options. we sat outside, because it felt super nice outside. they had about 10 to 12 flavors to choose and then many toppings. I have pictures that I post after the strokes and the fresh fruits. the fruit was extremely freshly tasted and someone has brought out new or more than we repaired our bowls. they also had several types of dingen such as chocolate wings, marshmallow creams and what they want. Of course we have eaten too much. it's a little expensive for me. they will see our two bowls and it was a little over $15. it's after weight. the price is too high for me, so the four star ratings.

The older gentleman who worked here when I came with my friend was the highlight of my day. I rarely see customer service this good and I felt so great even at a place as simple as menchie’s. The selection and cleanliness is also amazing here! Definitely recommend!

My children love this place! the personal is always so helpful and goes beyond and beyond to ensure that our children are comfortable and happy?! our recent visit to menchies was amazing! one of the workers, lilly, has my children chalk and sticker and spoke to them so kindly, it is the little dinge that lift this place out of other ice places

This place is horrible. I have never had a worse experience with staff at a Frozen Yogurt establishment. You are all rude and unruly and fail to do the bare minimum. Definitely need to up your game if you ever want my business again.

UNHELPFUL RUDE STAFF!The frozen yogurt was really good, but the check out experience was horrible. Rude staff. Attitude was unhelpful and argumentative. Hasn’t always been like this. Eaten here before with no issues. I think they have new staff.
