Contribuisci feedbackWe went on valentine's day!! They were very busy, if you are inpatient please avoid going on a special day. I heard lot of people saying they will complain to corporate office!! It's not their fault they are busy, even with reservations. We enjoyed our food. Service was good eventhough they were busy. Gentleman in the front did his best to get everyone in. We had good time. Server was good. I appreciate everyone that helped us !!! It was our first time trying this place.
Wow... Almost didnt come bc of some of the reviews. After a long day I just wanted some good food. Took the chance and first time at Macaroni Grill. Amazing is an understatement. Thanks Lisa for amazing customer service and prob the best lasagna I've ever had. Will def be back. Food was hot, well prepared, customer service was great!
Tina, the former GM, thankfully is back after a 6+ months absence where service issues and other challenges were on the rise. She has made an amazing difference in the short while she has been back, along with Adam and Marissa, in rebuilding the excellence this restaurant has been known for when she was leading it last year and years before. They will work with you to get your order just right. I appreciate that managers come around to the table to double check that everything is meeting or exceeding your expectations. One note for those with food allergies: unfortunately the menu (which comes from corporate without any local control) is not as detailed and accurate in describing the ingredients as it could be, so if you have allergies or a sensitive stomach, please ask your server, or a manager, for clarification. They will work with you to ensure a great dining experience.
