1.5 years ago I came with my family from 1500 miles away. I almost remember this restaurant as well as the national park. it was so good! please note franchising in the middle west.
This place was quite good and served us standard Tex-Mex tariff. the waiting staff was friendly. my man had beef enchiladas and I had crispy beef tobacco with a side of guacamole. overall it was a good experience.
So so good! I grew up eating here before or after going to Mitre Peak GS camp nearby. As the name implies it's a small house of a restaurant but they do a lot with the space and have an excellent porch. The food never disappoints! The nachos are my favorite. When I went last the server said it was there 46th ! Anniversary. You don't get that many years in a small town (not on the tourist track) by not having a strong local following ?
Would highly recommend. Food is excellent and fast friendly service. It is in a residential area, but dont let apperances stop you. It is great! It is cash only.
