Contribuisci feedbackIt was a visit. google says they are open and the open sign is on and flash, but the door is locked and it is dark inside. update their business hours. I drove 30 minutes to visit and was wasting my time.
The milk tea is tasty, and the rolled ice cream is alright. Unfortunately there's hardly anyone working and those that do it seems like they haven't had proper training. It takes a very long time before a single milk tea is made. There were 3 customers inside, myself being one of them, it was 2-3 minutes before being acknowledged and then the 2 employees both decided to work on a single order together. I waited about 5 more minutes before being able to place an order. If the speed of service, and more training was provided, the experience would be much better. The inside of the establishment also seriously needs some help. They have the beginnings of a cute and aesthetically pleasing environment, but it's lacking. There's large gray blank walls that are dirty, dirty windows, in general a lot of the surfaces are dirty and there's a lack of decor. Makes it feel forgotten and sub par. Would say I hope it improves, but it's been open a year or so already with no improvement. Guess I'll stick to Quickly down the street.
We get there at 8:10 pm me my girlfriend cousin and her boyfriend door says closes at 8:45 everyday one of the girls sitting on her phone in lobby waves us goodbye another girl steps fromThe back opened the door and ask what we wanted very rudely so I asked if they were still open she said no I asked why the website and posted sign says 8:45 and she responds with “cause it does” shuts the door walks away and takes sign off the door. I manage and have been managing stores for a while and this is not how any customer should feel. Either fix your staff and teach them customer service or shut down
The very sweet young girl who was working all alone didn’t know how to make ice cream. She said she was new and never learned how. At an ice cream shop. What more can I possibly say?
I just went to the ice hut and ordered 3 icecreams, paid for them and sat in the Lobby waiting for 30 minutes just for the girl to come over to us and tell us they were out of ice cream and it would be 2 hours before more was ready… how do you not know you’re running out and prevent this number one… but more importantly why the hell did it take you a half an hour to come and tell us? Didn’t even offer a refund or an apologize.. it was so rude. I literally had to ask for the refund.. no coupon for next time nothing. Not to mention the store itself was filthy paper and napkins and straws and dirt all
