Waited over 20 minutes for my order. People who came in after us got their meals before we did. I went and asked where my order was to be told there was an error. No sorry or anything. Waited another 10 mins before we got our meal. I asked to speak to the manager who said there was a glitch in the ordering. Still no sorry just a smirk. I 'm done with motorway service burger kings. I made 1 simple order of 20 vegan Nuggets and they couldn 't even get that right. 17 Nuggets were given, and they had obviously been sitting around for ages, very chewy and not nice and fresh. They wrote 20 vegan Nuggets on the box, I wonder if they knew it wasn 't 20 and hoped their power of suggestion would work. So for these 17 old Nuggets, I paid £7.49. At normal burger kings I can get 20 Nuggets for £3.99 using one of the app offers which is always available, which is still not great value for money, but they are one of the best vegan Nuggets around (when they haven 't been sitting out for hours), so I 'm willing to stretch to that now and then. But another thing is at least I can get some loyalty points at normal burger kings, yet no such luck at motorway services.
