Arby's - Amarillo

Terrible service. I asked specifically for extra Abby sauce and was given 3. 6 items and you get 3. I then asked again thinking she didn?t hear me. She said well what is a lot? I responded 6-7 and she said well how many are in the bag, seriously? Are we to the point that we have to hoard the fricken Arby sauce! No name on the ticket of course other than Order Taker! So, make sure that you ask and check if you go because they are hoarding it worse than toilet paper in a pandemic.

Love Arby's but this time the teen working the window was rude got mad because she didn't put the order together right. Couldn't get a shake because they already cleaned it, this was before 8 pm.. very disappointed I great service and food during lunch hours.

Really good service. The employees kept the tables cleared and nicely cleaned. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Got to get back here again soon.

Although your fountain drinks were not available. The beef and cheddar sandwich was pretty amazing with the French onion dip. Thank you!

Food was delicious. Ordered extra cheese sauce which I didn't get and the sauce for our chicken nuggets was missing.
