Ambleside Fish Chips

Brilliant fish and chips take everything is gf including the vinegar!

The entire batter used here is gluten-free, making most menu options suitable for guests with gluten sensitivities. I enjoyed the fish and chips, which featured a wonderfully light and crispy batter, though it was slightly greasy. The chips were great, and the vinegar offered is malt vinegar, a nice touch for those who often enjoy it.

All fish and chips are gluten-free and cooked in a dedicated fryer. However, other options on the menu are not gluten-free.

All of the fish and chips are entirely gluten-free (though the other menu items are not). They are quite good, and the restaurant has a lovely location with a view of the pier and lake.

The restaurant has dedicated gluten-free fryers for their fish and chips. I ordered the fish and chips, and the fish was completely boneless and absolutely delicious.
