I would go back if we were ever in american fork.
Eating was good as the service. the only reason I don't give 5 stars is that eggs are boiled in ramen over. I am used to the fact that the egg yolk is half finished and boiled orange more than yellow, poached vs. there are also limited selection of beer. everything else was great!
Excellent eating and presentation that was delicious. wonderful that they can observe the creation of sushi right behind the front counter. the funky sushi roll was especially delectable. a little cold sitting on the windows, but enjoyable!
Very disappointed by my order. that was my second visit and it was the same experience. today I ordered the yakisoba bark. it was strangely sweet. the one costco has in its shop brand kits is 100x better. gyoza potstickers were good, the best article. then the heart attack is rolling, it was just ehh.
Staff were all kind, occasionally slow but the place got pretty crowded. The food was tasty. We liked the sushi rolls we ordered...Playboy, sweet J, and the dragon roll with eel. The volcano wasn't as good, but not bad either. Also, the sukiyaki meat was tasty. The sunomono isn't actually pickled, but a light, refreshing crunch that's good as a side dish.
