Best Greek food in amsterdam! this place is guided by a Greek man who is always there and sometimes he plays Greek borrower on his gitarre. if they like Greek eating and culture, they should try this place.

Very nice and supposedly authentic Greek restaurant. SUPER nice owner, who likes to drink some and then play his guitar and sings Greek songs in front of everyone. It's quite the experience. However, if you are looking for something fancy this is not the place for you. We ordered wine and they didnt have enough glasses so they gave us an ikea glass (after asking if it was alright). I can't stress enough how kind and cool the people are that run the place. Im not Greek so I don't know much about the kitchen but the food was very tasty. Lots of flavours. In my opinion there is too much choice on the menu, first couple of pages are in dutch and then there is one in English, introducing doubt about if those dishes in English are also included in the dutch part or if they are completely different. They also serve great Greek coffee. Be careful to not sip it down completely as you will find yourself with a mouthfull of ground coffee. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and tasty night out. A little bit expensive for what you get, but the owners songs make up for a lot. Cheers.
